Q: Are there different licenses?
A: Yes. We offer licences for two different use cases: Form I-9 Only and Full Onboarding.
Q: When do I use a license?
A: For our Form I-9 Only customers, a license is used when section 2 of the I-9 is countersigned. However, requesting a new I-9 form for an employee does not use another seat or license in WorkBright (if it is within the same agreement term). Additionally, reverification for rehired employees does not consume another license if it occurs within the same agreement term as the original verification. If the reverification occurs in a new agreement term, it will consume another license.
For our Full Onboarding customer, a licence is used when 3 or more forms have been completed on the staff profile
Q: Can I reuse a license
A: No once a licence has been used it can not be used again.
Q: How many licenses do I have?

Q: How can I get more licenses?
