Form Archiving.

Ready to retire an old form? You can now archive a form from the form's edit menu. Archived forms are removed from your active forms list and no longer get assigned to new staff, while every submission you have already collected stays on the employee's profile.

New Employment Updates webhook.

Using the WorkBright API? A dedicated webhook now fires on start date, end date, termination, and inactive-status changes, so your connected systems stay current without manual intervention. API submissions now also indicate whether a form was auto-accepted or admin-accepted. Our Developer Hub remains updated with all of the details.

End User Chat - Wanda wants to help even more!

Your new employees now have the opportunity to use Wanda, our AI-powered guide available inside WorkBright, around the clock. Wanda can answer real employee questions in real time so your admins spend less time fielding repeat questions. Want to look into adding this to your account? Clearer "Other Acceptable Receipt" options on the Form I-9.

Previously, staff selecting an Other Acceptable Receipt under List A typed in free text, which led to inconsistent entries and manual resubmission requests from admins. Now they choose directly from USCIS-approved options. For E-Verify users, these I-9s are automatically routed using the correct I-94 receipt document type. Fewer errors, less cleanup.

Improved I-9 audit visibility.

We expanded the actor-name details captured in I-9 and E-Verify activity, so it is clearer who took which action on a record.
