The Audit Events can show various events that have occurred for either the I-9 or the E-Verify case.
E-Verify Audit Events:
On the E-Verify cases tab, when you click into an E-Verify case, you can view the Audit Events. This will show whenever an E-Verify case has moved to a specific status, with the date & time, and whether an admin has taken an action.
The audit trail will show events similar to the screenshot below. For additional information on how to handle E-Verify cases inside WorkBright, check out our Managing E-Verify Cases in WorkBright Article. These logs meet audit requirements from agencies such as ICE, HSI, or DOJ.
I-9 Audit Events:
On the I-9 forms page on the employee profile, you can view the Audit Events of the I-9. This will show the steps the I-9 has gone through, date & time, and other specific data related to the employee.
You can also access the I-9 Audit Events from the I-9 Forms page in the onboarding tab.
The screenshots below will show an example of the I-9 Audit Events. For more detailed information on all of the audit events for the I-9 and what they mean, check out this article.
