In this article we will go over Modules. These are the different features available to you on WorkBright that will maximise your experience.

The E-Verify feature allows you to pass your staffs Form I-9 seamlessly from WorkBright to E-Verify.

Remote I-9 is an upgrade to our smart I-9 which enhances the workflow with document scanning and verification, and third-party Authorized Representative signing of Section 2 in accordance with federal compliance requirements.

Create employees and send W4 and payroll data to ADP Workforce Now by integrating your WorkBright account. This integration is billed and contracted with your ADP account. By submitting your email and clicking “Add ADP to Account” you are simply notifying WorkBright to enable the integration and will be instructed with how to purchase the integration from the ADP Marketplace.

Text Notifications are a more visible and effective method of communicating important information and tasks to your onboarding staff. Instead of verbal or email notifications, WorkBright can send text messages prompting staff to complete onboarding forms and reminding them of approaching deadlines.

Document Verification is a functionality that automates the screening of supporting documentation submitted with Form I-9. It employs a wide variety of checks to verify an employee’s work authorization document(s) for advanced I-9 compliance. Document Verification will guide the employees through the uploading process and then validate document-specific criteria.
