The Security section of the Settigns page is where you can access all the security different features available and their access points.
Note: In this article, we will look at all available functions. You may or may not have access to these depending on the features set up for your account. If you see any that you are interested in, please reach out to [email protected].
Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA is a security enhancement you can add to your WorkBright account which would require administrators to verify their identity using a secondary device (typically a phone) in addition to knowing their password. You’ve probably seen it in place on your banking websites and other applications that house potentially sensitive information. This section is only there so you can request this to be added or see if it is already added to your account.
Multi-Factor Authentication (Users)
For MFA this is the section where you have the ability to actually interact with with the tool and reset the MFA for your staff if needed. More about this here.
Single Sign-On
Single Sign On is an enhanced security measure many companies put in place across systems to allow users to login with a single ID and password when connected to a corporate network or on their corporate devices. Currently WorkBright currently supports many SSO integrations -Google, Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
Locked Users
This feature allows you to unlock any users that have been locked on your account due to multiple log in failures. You can see the full article on how to access that here.
