🚀 What's New This Pulse
📅 Date Forward Form Assignments
This is one of the most impactful admin control features we’ve introduced.
You can now assign forms based on a specific date threshold, instead of assigning to everyone in a group.
What this unlocks:
Assign new forms only to employees starting after a certain date
Avoid creating duplicate groups just to manage form variations
Reduce manual maintenance as your onboarding evolves
👉 Example: Add a new policy form today, but only assign it to employees starting next week.
This eliminates one of the biggest operational headaches: constantly restructuring groups just to manage form assignments.
Rollout Plan:
Early access available now (feature flag)
Full rollout: June 17th
👉 If you’d like early access, reach out to [email protected]
⚠️ Important:
This feature relies on Notification Start Date logic, so changes to dates or form settings may trigger new assignments. It’s powerful, but worth reviewing before turning it on.
🧠 Conditional Form Logic (A Smarter Way to Build Forms)
We’re introducing conditional logic to make forms more dynamic and tailored to each employee.
What it does:
Show or hide fields based on previous responses
Reduce unnecessary questions
Create a cleaner, faster employee experience
👉 Example: Only show additional questions if an employee selects a specific response (e.g., prior convictions scenario).
Access Details:
Currently behind a feature flag (not enabled by default)
Available for customers who want to pilot and provide feedback
👉 To explore this feature, email [email protected] put in the subject line: Add a feature, and share in the email what you are interested in learning about!
⚠️ What to expect:
This will change how forms are displayed and configured. We recommend testing before rolling out broadly to your team.
📣 On Tuesday, May 13th, our Lunch n’ Learn agenda included a walk-through of real use cases and best practices for Conditional Form Logic. See the full webinar here.
🔗 Integrations: Connecting Your HR Ecosystem
We’re continuing to expand our integration capabilities to better connect WorkBright with your existing systems.
Current highlights:
Integrations available with platforms like Workday, ADP, and UKG
Ability to push and pull key I-9 data
Ongoing expansion based on customer demand
📣 If integrations are on your roadmap, now is a great time to connect with your Customer Success Manager to explore options.
🔐 Security & Trust: OTP (One Time Password)
To ensure continued security, but also to help with some of the access hurdles people experience, we have introduced LogIn OTP.
This will allow users to use a temporary OTP to log into their account if wanted. Proceeding MFA will still be in place if configured on your account. Learn more here.

🔎 A Note on Compliance Thought Leadership
Compliance QuickFire: The rules are shifting on I-9s, TPS, and E-Verify all at once.
This May, our compliance focus highlights a federal court pause on the termination of Yemen's TPS status, alongside fresh USCIS I-9 guidance that extends employment authorization for those affected until July 1, 2026. We are also monitoring the Supreme Court as they deliberate the future of TPS for over a million individuals, with a critical ruling anticipated by late June. Additionally, we’re tracking the significant E-Verify ICA v32 transition and a new physician-specific exception in USCIS vetting protocols. For admins, we’ve included essential action items to help streamline I-9 compliance for TPS holders.
